National Estates Neighbourhood Information
National Estates in Vaughan, Ontario, is one of the GTA's most affluent and prestigious neighbourhoods. Situated just to the north of Langstaff Road, the community consists of a limited number of homes built around the National Golf Club of Canada.
National Estates is also conveniently located near the large interchange between Highways 400 and 407. Downtown Toronto is a little over 30 minutes away, while central Vaughan is less than 20 minutes away.
National Estates Homes
National Estates offers the most upscale living in all of Woodbridge. The beautiful mansions offer a comfortable and convenient living experience for all of the residents.
The residences of National Estates are large and luxurious custom-built estates. Some of these homes are more than 10,000 square feet in size, surrounded by sprawling estates of rolling lawns and manicured gardens, marked by features like tennis courts and pools.
All homes in the area are custom, and some lots are awaiting development, so expect to see a wide variety of designs and architectural styles. Many of the homes have carriage-style drives, with both an entrance and exit, while some even have a third drive for rear access. Fences are not uncommon, making for quite secluded and private yards, which are typically 1 to 2 acres in size.
Architectural styles on display include various blends of new-traditional, Colonial, Classical, and modern features. Almost all have soaring entranceways, tall interior ceilings, high-quality materials, and a host of specialized spaces like wine cellars, game rooms, private theatres, enclosed pools, and even elevators.
National Estates Area Information & Amenities
National Estates is often toted as a "gated community", and while it doesn't have a gate, or even a boom, at its entrance, it does have the gated-community characteristics of seclusion, privacy, and security. The security is provided, in part by the gates and fences of the individual properties, but also by guards that patrol the area.
Apart from that, National Estates has no further internal community amenities. After all, what could any clubhouse or community centre have that the individual estates don't? That is, except for the golf course, with many National Estates homes enjoying fairway views, and residents having unparalleled access to the National Golf Club of Canada's facilities.
Having one of Canada's premier golf courses at your doorstep is truly an exceptional feature for a community to have.
Some prominent area attractions are:
- Boyd Conservation Park
- Canada's Wonderland
- Kortright Centre for Conservation
The southeast lies Vaughan's extensive commercial region, including dozens of shopping venues, restaurants, and entertainment facilities. And a short drive north will put you in the midst of Ontario's peaceful countryside.
- St. Gregory the Great Academy
- St. Clare Catholic Elementary
- St. Michael the Archangel Elementary
- Emily Carr Secondary
- Father Bressani High
- Vaughan College
The National Estates is a gated and incredibly private community that thrives on togetherness and neighbourly friendships. Purchasing a home in this subdivision will fill your life with a sense of luxury, elegance, and exclusivity that you’d be hard-pressed to find anywhere else.
