Dear Mr. and Mrs. Arci. We recently bought and sold homes through your son, Anthony. We wanted to let you know that we had a very positive experience working with him. Once we bought our new home, we were faced with the fear that it would take a very long time to sell our primary home. Anthony used clever strategies to market our home, and it sold within a few days. Once we purchased the new home, we needed renovations, and he took on the role of general contractor. He provided us with expert trades people who did a wonderful job on the renovations, and everything was well coordinated. Whenever we felt anxious with either the selling, buying, or the renovations, Anthony was always there to reassure us that everything would be ok. This is something that is very important to us as seniors. He helped make the moving transaction very smooth. He even called us the night before the movers came to make sure we were okay. The Lino Arci Team were a seller's dream come true! Both Italia and Lino took exceptional care of us which lead to the sale of our rental property. I can't say enough good things about them. Italia kept us in the loop via emails and texts throughout the duration of the home being listed. Every two weeks, we would receive an update regarding the market, as well as feedback on the house from the agents who completed the showings.... Italia and Lino followed up with EVERY SINGLE SHOWING. That is dedication and care. They also tried various strategies to increase traffic on showings which clearly worked because we had over 58 showings within 2 weeks once changes were made and then accepted an offer from one of the agents and their clients. These guys are spectacular. Highly recommended. I am an experienced real estate investor so have very high standards, and Lino Italia and Jessica Arci blew me away. From free amazing staging, to incredible photography to great communication these guys are fabulous. They are Extremely experienced and you do not get handed down to some minor player like with other ‘big name’ agents in Toronto. And when my buyers had problems with financing and the deal fell apart and even the buyers agent gave up and walked away - they put it back together again and saved the buyers their deposit and put more money in my pocket.
