He was extremely patient with us as we searched for a new home and he and Laura offered very wise advice and never pressured us. The Lino Arci Team were a seller's dream come true! Both Italia and Lino took exceptional care of us which lead to the sale of our rental property. I can't say enough good things about them. Italia kept us in the loop via emails and texts throughout the duration of the home being listed. Every two weeks, we would receive an update regarding the market, as well as feedback on the house from the agents who completed the showings.... Italia and Lino followed up with EVERY SINGLE SHOWING. That is dedication and care. They also tried various strategies to increase traffic on showings which clearly worked because we had over 58 showings within 2 weeks once changes were made and then accepted an offer from one of the agents and their clients. Other team members like Jessica, their assistant and marketing director, delivered prompt service when it came to documentation and answering questions. These guys are spectacular. Highly recommended. I am an experienced real estate investor so have very high standards, and Lino Italia and Jessica Arci blew me away. From free amazing staging, to incredible photography to great communication these guys are fabulous. They are Extremely experienced and you do not get handed down to some minor player like with other ‘big name’ agents in Toronto. And when my buyers had problems with financing and the deal fell apart and even the buyers agent gave up and walked away - they put it back together again and saved the buyers their deposit and put more money in my pocket.
