Italia is an experienced REALTOR® and home stager who’s been working in the industry since 1987. She has a banking and management background, which contributes to her comprehensive real estate approach. She knows that buying or selling a home is one of the biggest decisions most people will ever make, which is why she’s dedicated to ensuring that her clients are informed, relaxed, and completely satisfied.

Italia is known for her ability to sell properties that other agents can’t. Part of the reason for that is her accredited staging services, which allow her to use her design skills to transform properties.
