Italia is an experienced REALTOR® and home stager who’s been working in the industry since 1987. She has a banking and management background, which contributes to her comprehensive real estate approach. She knows that buying or selling a home is one of the biggest decisions most people will ever make, which is why she’s dedicated to ensuring that her clients are informed, relaxed, and completely satisfied.

Italia is known for her ability to sell properties that other agents can’t. Part of the reason for that is her accredited staging services, which allow her to use her design skills to transform properties. When it comes to buying, she thrives when helping a purchaser find their dream home—a place where they’ll feel secure and make lifelong memories. These guys are spectacular. Highly recommended. I am an experienced real estate investor so have very high standards, and Lino Italia and Jessica Arci blew me away. From free amazing staging, to incredible photography to great communication these guys are fabulous. They are Extremely experienced and you do not get handed down to some minor player like with other ‘big name’ agents in Toronto. And when my buyers had problems with financing and the deal fell apart and even the buyers agent gave up and walked away - they put it back together again and saved the buyers their deposit and put more money in my pocket.
