These guys are spectacular. Highly recommended. I am an experienced real estate investor so have very high standards, and Lino Italia and Jessica Arci blew me away. From free amazing staging, to incredible photography to great communication these guys are fabulous. They are Extremely experienced and you do not get handed down to some minor player like with other ‘big name’ agents in Toronto. And when my buyers had problems with financing and the deal fell apart and even the buyers agent gave up and walked away – they put it back together again and saved the buyers their deposit and put more money in my pocket.
