Italia was a very good listener and sensed we were overwhelmed with our sales. She helped organize the staging crew and sent a bin so in no time our house was ready. A photographer was sent who took excellent photos and virtual tour. With every step her organizational skills came through. We had many showings and during the whole process she remained very positive and upbeat. She responded promptly to all our emails and concerns. Always respectful, courteous and punctual this lady does her job very well. Also she got us good results!

Great agents sold house relatively quick, did little things inside house, lots of showings really drove in potential buyers. They know what they are doing.
